January 2: It’s hard to know where to start when almost everything’s on sale, so we start with what we need most: a proper coat. August 9: These are called the “slouchy skinny” jeans. We don’t know how it works. Maybe this is really just saying that they’re tight through the thigh, and sort of baggy beneath. (“Slouchy skinny” sounding so much nicer than “tight baggy.”) We don’t know, though—we find ourselves being weirdly intrigued. And honestly we love the weekend-appropriate wash. June 28: American Eagle has the most ridiculously massive sale on right now, and we love it for cheap summer basics—like these sunglasses. But honestly, we’d take home half the store if we could. Tortoiseshell sunglasses, were $15.95, now $11.95

June 22: There’s something incredibly beautiful about Frye sandals. Not cheap, even at 30% off, but perfect for summer with jeans. Lena Leaf platform sandals, were $218, now $152.60
