So we're staying in our friend's room in San Francisco while he makes sure no one break into our apartment in Brooklyn. We like his room, especially as it has no television, which is severely cutting down on the amount of time we waste on doing absolutely fucking nothing. In fact, we don't think we're up for it, but we are dreaking of giving our television away. To someone, unlike us, who will refrain from watching CourTV for nine hours straight.
Anyway: One of the nice things about staying in someone's room is very nicely and carefully and just only once or twice looking at their things. And can we say, D.'s headphones are fucking amazing. We recently broke our iPod headphones for like the fiftieth time, and these are just so much nicer, and not really soooo much more expensive. We were listening to our new Dashboard Confessional songs on them and all, We are so buying these as soon as possible. We're certainly not all tech-y or anything, but we know how much nicer they sounded than before, and plus! Consumer Reports says they're a best buy. And they're way smarter about this stuff than us. We would totally get these for anybody who likes music ... which is, er, basically everybody, we're thinking.
